Tonight Mourinho and Guardiola will stand toe to toe against each other at Old Trafford for the second time as United meet City in the Fourth round of the EFL Cup.

 

Having lost the home fixture 1-0 in the Premier League, Jose Mourinho's side will be looking for some revenge when the two sides come face to face in the English Football League Cup. City come into the tie tonight in red hot form, United on the other hand come into the game on the back of a 4-0 defeat at the hands of Jose's ex-team Chelsea. After the humiliation at Stamford Bridge, Mourinho said that he once again felt betrayed by his players-

"You come with a strategy, you cannot concede a goal in the way we did.'
"We were coming to have an offensive approach. We wanted to create chances; we showed that after the 1-0. The second and the third were counter-attack goals.
"It is one of those days when you give the advantage to opponents by doing nothing.'
Tonight United face Pep's Manchester City, who are looking in red hot form. Yet again it will be another test for Mourinho as he will be under pressure and desperate to get back to winning ways.
